The cube was made with Meshtools. The growing emissive lines were made with X-Particles. The scene was then rendered in Cinema 4D and sent to Aftereffects where I composited the Trapcode Particular Trail Particles, as well as the Lens Flare and Background. I also added some chromatic effects to make the explosion more impactful and stylish, and some glow was applied to the whole.
